You trade the game in, that's it. You won't be able to play it unless you go buy it, again.
I know, im talking about trading them in towards another game after I am done with playing the game like I can do now with physical disk. Digital downloads won't have this perk, so you will have to buy every game at full price, which is why I think XboxONE digital games should be cheaper.

I personally don't use it, but Steam has amazing deals.

****, just the past week they had Saints Row 3 with ALL of the DLC for just under $13.

So what is your complaint?

The thread title says digital buyers get screwed and you're talking about buying physical disks.

So how does this affect you as an admitted non digital buyer?

Well it does not affect XboxONE users, but it does affect PS4 users because they can't play games without the disk being in the console. And for XO users who is going to buy digital games if they can get the physical game from the store and install them on their hard drive, so if they want to sell digital downloads then they need to make them cheaper.

I don't see how they get screwed. If the thread said 'what is the incentive to buy digital?' Then I would see your point.

Isn't it common knowledge that you can't trade in your digital copy?

I thought Microsoft said that you could trade your game purchases to their online store on the Xbox 1. The funds get transferred to your "online wallet" and then you could use those funds to purchase anything off the store.

Re: So Digital Buyers get Screwed?

Rumor is PS4 will have "bid to greatness" and already patented what sounds like an online bidding/auction likely to be applied towards digital copies of games and the like.

Which would mean you could sell your digital copy to the higher bidder. So we'll see.
