Which PS4/X Box One launch games will you be getting?

So after PO and canceling two Xbox one orders I think I'm jumping back on the train after seeing the Ryse trailer and TitanFall. Now I just need to explain this my wife I'll be good to go.

I scored a late PS 4 preorder via Amazon. Now I need to decide on a game. I've played The Show almost exclusively the last few years and am trying to clear through a backlog of PS3 stuff before Nov. 15. Here are my launch game thoughts/challenges:

Ac4: I have never played anything in this series. I am tempted however because I teach history and LOVE story based games (Uncharted 2&3 are my favorites). However, I really want something that screams next gen (port makes me unsure) & I historically struggle with stealth games. I SUCKED at Splinter Cell but slowly making my way through The Last of Us.

Killzone: I have no doubt that this will be the best looking, next gen title. I like FPS but have never really gotten into Killzone.

COD Ghosts: I used to love COD but stopped after the first Modern Warfare. I am tempted to pick up used copies of what I have missed just to catch up. I believe I will enjoy COD more than Killzone but again, as a port, will it really look next gen?

Nba2k14: I have seen the trailer. WOW. But I am just not sure there will be enough to keep me, beyond the graphics, to learn the controls and play through a season. I have enjoyed this game in the past but haven't played since 2007.

I keep going back and forth between what will wow (Killzone/NBA2k14) and what will grip me (AC4 or COD). Note: I don't do multiplayer and actually prefer shorter FPS campaigns.

Right now, the only solid is Battlefield 4.
I want to pick up three for launch, and I'm looking at 2K14 and Killzone. I'm not a huge basketball fan, but the 2k series has always been a lot of fun for me. The problem with Killzone is that I haven't played any others, and that I don't want two shooters.
