So, I just bought an Xbox One - at 12am. Now it's 2:23am and I still can't play any games. It says that NBA 2k14 is installing. It took it 20 minutes to install 5% of the game. Why is it that I bought a console, and 2 hours later I still cannot play a game? This is ridiculous.

Does anyone know how to get the Xbox one to play games.

I'm on ps4, but try taking the disc out, inspect prints/smudges and start again. I had this problem.
