Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

Whether I use the joycon or a wireless controller (1st or 3rd party) the character I'm controlling keeps drifting to the left. Whether an action, fighting or racing game. Pretty frustrating.

I tried calibrating and updating the controllers but nothing worked. I even heard it could be from electronic/wireless interference from other devices but I'm not sure.

Anyone end up conquering this?

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

Thanks, but I'm having the exact same issue with wireless controllers as well.

I see a plethora of suggested fixes when the "blame" is placed on the joycon hardware (being broken), but I feel like it's a system software issue. Otherwise why is this happening to a brand new third party wireless controller?

I did. Really enjoying it. I didn’t get to play the first one but I watched a lot of streams by ryu.

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

My wife and I will pick up SMM2 down the road. We have the first one and it's pretty cool. We made levels dedicated to each other. I'm not creative at all and I enjoyed it. I imagine someone with a lot more vision can spend hours creating levels.

I am not sure but does the switch use bluethooth like the wii montion controls did? I have not had a issue with the switch but back on the wii when I was trying to beat SS my controller started doing that to me and I got a new controller thinking it was the controller but still had issues. I also had a hard time keeping the controller connected. I ended up sending in the system and controller to Nintendo had to pay or it has it was not in the first year of having the system and I got the system back and the issue was gone for just like a few months than it started doing that again.

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

Have to say the urge to buy a Switch and get in on the Mario Maker 2 action (both level designing - even if I only end up sandboxing - and playing) is VERY real right now.

Game looks like an absolute blast.

It is a blast, and I'm just playing levels and Story Mode right now.
