How do I unlock my packs and stubs for the 10th anniversary addition?

Guys, how do I access all my stubs and bonus items for the 10th anniversary edition??? I saw a message at the bottom of the screen but I didnt read it in time and I cant figure it out!

I got a Diamond Giancarlo Stanton ... That's about it. My 2nd best card is I think 82 Ryan Zimmerman

Did anyone else have issues with the 15 packs? I redeemed my code and got the 12k in stubs and the dynamic themes, but after I 'got' the packs in the Purchase or Redeem area they never shows up in the Pack Management. I've been on with Sony twice today and their only solution is to delete the game and rebuild the database, which hasn't worked. Thanks for any help!
