Which pitch stats do you find most important?

I'm not so sure. I definitely hit more homers than usual against guys with HR/9 in the 50s and 60s when their other attributes are much higher, like Neshek and Tanaka.

It has been confirmed by a developer in the past that HR/9 only matters when the game is simmed. Hence in a mode like DD it doesn't matter at all.

I've played a ton. Faced everyone at least a dozen times. The best pitchers I've ever faced were Fernandez and Jerome Williams.

Fernandez for obvious reasons. A good player with Fernandez is unhittable.

This one dude I played twice just mastered Jerome Williams. Could paint with all his pitches anywhere in the zone, and pretty much lived dead red on the line or 2 inches off it. You were lucky to get 1 or 2 mistakes in an entire game.

Anyone can be tough if used properly. The better pitchers allow you to get away with more mistakes, but if you master a guy's motion and stuff, you can get anyone out.

I can't win with sinker ballers, regardless of rating. There are a few silvers I can shut down anyone with though. Only the top players can hit me with Kyle Gibson.

It's about knowing how to use the guy.
