Sonny Gray

I See he only has 55 control. Has that been a problem for anyone that has used him? And if you have him or used him how well does he perform for you? Thinking about getting him but i want some more information thanks

Re: Sonny Gray

I've been able to control his pitches but sometimes have problems with the 12-6 curve. It will tail off outside the strike zone if I release the wrong time against left handed batters.

I prefer pitchers with sliders but Gray is okay if there are no other choices.

alright and im looking to replace David Price because he has been horrid the past few days for me and when i face a lineup that can hit lefties its pretty much over for me with Price. I Love Price but i havent been doing well with him and his pitches doesnt help that much his Curve and Slider are good but his 3 fastball type pitches doesnt work that well together. So i was looking at Sonny Gray or maybe a Different pitcher preferably a right hander

Re: Sonny Gray

Sonny was garbage for me and I got rid of him and got Chris archer. He's a stud Around 122 innings pitched with a 1.3 era

Re: Sonny Gray

Try Bumgarner he has a nice slider a good fastball and decent change, he will give up his share of hits but meh the all do
