Trout or Gwynn?

Looking to fill my #2 slot with a great bat against both righties and lefties. Trout seems to be the obvious choice but having a hard time pulling the trigger given the stubs. This would replace Luis Gonzales as he is weak against lefties

Lineup currently;

Ichiro-93-RF
Created Player-99OVR-SS. Stats low 80s
Kemp-97-CF
Holliday-94-1b
L Gonzales-94-LF
Edgar Martinez-93-3B
Arenado-93-2b
Posey-94-C

Bench;
Goldschmidt-96
R Jackson-93
C Gonzales-89
etc
etc

Re: Trout or Gwynn?

I'd say move you created guyer down and I also really hope you have a natural 2B on your bench for double switches or def replacements in late innings. Just my 2 cents.

I plan on moving the created player down. I am carrying Dee Gordon on the bench for late innings and baserunning. With that being said, Arenado has been extremely solid at 2b without a single issue.

Okay...then to answer your question, I'd say go get Mr. Padre if you have the resources. Half because the lineup looks more right heavy and half because Tony Gwynn's 99/98 Con and 99 Vis.

My team is pretty much all conquest reward diamonds as well. But I can barely beat the CPU on rookie. I think I my winrate is around 60%. So I'm expecting to still get smacked around in regular DD and that will be the fun, trying to improve.

Playing with players and legends you like beats playing with scrubs? Also, winning is fun?

Ill never understand why people need to have the greatest team possible a week into the game. You cant win without spending a bunch of money to buy legends? I feel bad for you then
