I have played over 100 games against the CPU and my record is still 0-0. I have played like 10 online games which includes BR and Events. Last year, all my games counted but I still am 0-0. I used to be 2-0 but it reset. Is this a well known glitch they just aren't going to fix?

Your record reflects your current Ranked Seasons record in the current season. So nothing else counts and it gets reset when a new season starts.
