There are some major drastic changes coming to 2020 - we are starting soon. All I’ll say at this time.

Signed up in order to 2nd/3rd this issue of recruiting achievements not unlocking when they should...each time it's been mentioned, this same unimaginitive response has been given. Of course 15 minutes settings are being used, that's how all of the rest of the achievements have been working. The fact is that not a single user on any platform has unlocked any of the recruiting achievements/trophies...do you understand that this is a problem now can you please look into it? Thank you!

Not sure what the issue is but achievements are low priority for us with everything else that has to get developed by two people.

We will review them in next years game again. The achievements were added because it’s a requirement by Sony and Microsoft and they passed cert that way. But we don’t have a QA team to really dive into it and investigate edge cases.

Its ridiculous that its not being fixed for this year. This is not a college football game.

This is disappointing.

Many buyers care about the achievements and their completion percentage. These achievements are now marked as unobtainable on TA and will keep a certain segment away from buying this and future editions of this game.

Also, this is not an edge case. This is four achievements which NOBODY has unlocked.

Microsoft puts gamification through achievements for a reason.

I just ordered the game off Amazon. I see there are a lot of issues apparently but I'm still intrigued enough by having an alternative to Madden and the long dead NCAA series that I'm willing to gamble 20 bucks.

Already looking forward to these drastic changes coming next year

We are very much an indie title so you're not going to see the same polish as a AAA/EA title. But we're constantly working through a laundry list of improvements and we've been able to grow our team for 2020 to inch our way closer to that polished title we want to be.
