NC State outlasts East Carolina in rivalry game.

North Carolina State and East Carolina are seperated by 75 or so miles, and whenever these two teams meet up it is always intense.

Last year, ECU upset the struggling Wolfpack to continue the teams woes, so NC State had revenge on their mind when the two teams met at the RBC Center on this cold December night.

East Carolina and NC State swapped the lead back and forth in the beginning of the game. But after 16 minutes or so, the Wolfpack began to pull away.

This game was a big team effort as NC State's leading scorer only had 13 points.

"We had to pick it up from the last loss. Glad to see the whole team did well." said senior captain Courtney Fells.

NC State Survives the Trap Game.

The Lipscomb Bisons came out with force as they almost upset the Wolfpack.

The freshmen for NC State stepped up to help prevent the upset as both Julius Mays and CJ Williams made big shots in limited minutes to give the added boost needed to sustain the victory.

The big shot came from Courtney Fells as he made a layup with a little over a minute to go to give the Wolfpack the lead, then Lipscomb missed their shot as NC State held on.

Yea Texas is ranked #10 on here right now with a record of 6-3. They suffered key losses on November 24th and December 9th, but I can find how to figure it out.
