The D-Backs jumped all over Ishii in the 4th inning thanks to RBI singles by Luis Gonzalez and Greg Counsell to take a 2-0 lead they would not relinquish. Mark Grace, who was 3-4 with a home run and 2 RBI's was named ESPN Player of the Game. Ishii now has a 7.36 ERA in 2 starts and has looked very shaky in his starts this season, leading some to question whether his injury last season is still affecting him mentally.
