The update notes quite plainly state that a more comprehensive title update is on its way soon.

We know what EA Sports' update cadence is from years of doing this song and dance with Madden NFL. We will most likely receive the first major title update sometime in early-mid August. Nothing which has happened thus far with this game is in any way unusual.

Madden 24 gridiron notes 2 weeks after official release date. Look how much it was, so no it’s not the same. We are looking at it going to be 4 full weeks probably for a patch.

I was speaking specifically to the timing of major updates. They happen with Madden about once a month. We are still in the 30-day launch window for CFB25, and by my count we’ve had three (smaller) title updates since the game launched in early access. The game has by no measure been abandoned.

The bigger monthly updates are forthcoming. EA Sports have said as much literally this morning. There’s literally no reason at all right now for so much consternation, cynicism, or petulant impatience. So let’s simmer down just a bit?

In no way did I say the game was abandoned. The quote that we started this conversation with was a sleight at the devs for tossing us a small bread crumb of a fix because they were fixing an issue with H2H, proving they can easily get out patches, but we have game breaking issues that are more frustrating than that, that we are waiting on to get fixed.

I’m still having fun with the game, but every day hurdling the bugs is getting older and older with a large part of the community.

Would be cool if it was in the game but you can tell by the QB animations it wasn't intended. QB still animated the hand off most of the time even without the ball.

Has anyone have this happen? You are on offense, lined up at the line of scrimmage, maybe making some audibles, and get called for false start. This has happened a few times, even at home games. If I want to chew clock my own way, I should be able to.
