EA really needs to get better people to communicate to the players on these things.

I appreciate what the community leaders on EA forums have done in replying to various threads and passing information on up. I just want some acknowledgement of my main issue (ratings and number editing) from an actual game dev or someone who speaks for them. Just come out and say that they see the issue, if they are working on it or not, and a timetable for a patch. Now whether that's a patch for this game or they're going to tell us to wait for the next game I don't know. If it's the latter it's going to piss a lot of people off but I would at least appreciate the transparency.

On a related note, this Scott O Gallagher guy posting coy, vague, cryptic tweets like "the wait is almost over" in reference to patches doesn't help and is annoying. Just be forthright and tell us when the patch is coming and what is in it.
