Are there any adverse effects from doing so? I.e. their recruiting gets screwed up from being under user control for a sec, or their playbooks get screwed up, even if you don’t change anything, or their contracts change (this one seems likely). Stuff like that.

I’d like to change all of the CPU head coaches to their real life counterparts in name and general appearance. I’ve changed ole Neil Hobbs to Kirby Smart as a test and it worked fine, but before doing this for 133 coaches, I wanna make sure I don’t bork my entire dynasty by doing it.

I haven't noticed anything in my experience, but I just take control of the existing coach for a game and then retire (from user control). I've never made any edits. Curious to find out what the answer is. My fear would be some type of memory issue causing something to go wonky after 133 edits but hopefully next gen consoles are powerful enough to not have a problem there.
