Damn, I thought I was the oldest gamer on here then I read through these post and I was shocked.

Anyways, I'm 28 and all three of my gaming friends are over 30. So, it appears that these games have enough realism in them now days that it influences old guy's like me to keep buying them and with next Gen around the corner I must say I'm tempted to continue to play video games deep into my 40's and possibly 50's if my fingers don't get arthritis.

45 yrs old here. I've been a videogame junkie since the very first systems came out. Owned the Odyssey from Magnavox, Atari, Intellivision, Nintendo, SNES, N64, Sega Genesis, Playstation (twice), PS2( three times), Saturn (twice), Dreamcast(twice), and now the Xbox. Major cash spent on hobby.

My boss at work is 47, I showed him NCAA 2004 and Madden 2005 and within a week back in febuary he went out and purchased and XBOX. He just came by to play soem pickup Basketball at that time and when we got done me and some friends started playing Madden. My Boss almost pissed on himself said he hasn't played a video game in over 15 years then he played 5 minutes of Madden on offense and ran out the house. He must have spent a week I'm guessing trying to convince his wife to let him get a sysytem....
