The only way to do it in a timely fashion would be to just sim the whole thing. Waiting to play out your own games takes time, especially if you have a life that doesn't allow for 5 hours of NCAA each day.

I play a created team dynasty with 3 of my roommates and frequently am waiting for them to play there games while I have some free time. I might do a RTTHOF here in a day or so. My schedule can get somewhat demanding but I usually have an hour or so each night before I go to bed where I could sim and jot down stats. I will play around with the player edit feature tonight and see if I can figure out how to get them available for recruitment. If it seems simple I might do one of these with maybe only 10 to 20 players.
