Yes.

Before you play every game you need to change yours and you opponents coaching strategies back to their default settings(which can be found in sm27's spreadsheet), and then use jukeman's updated offense run/pass % for your opponent(you don't need to change your's since you are calling the plays).

After your game change both yours and your opponents coaching strategies back to sm27's updated coaching strategy settings.

sm27's updated settings and all of the default settings can be found in his spreadsheet, for which I have included a download in the first post. You can find jukeman's settings in the link in my first post.

create a new coach under the coach options thing...I believe.

Yes.

Make sure when you set the coaching strategies to default for your team and your opponent that you do both DEFENSE and OFFENSE. Of course also remember to set both back to their adjusted values when your done.
