Somebody tell me, since when could u decline a delay of game penalty on offense.....

Seen it done when offense on special team try get a delay call to move the punter back to get better chance pinning ball inside the 20. Defense then decline the pentalty.

Yeah youre right on special teams you can, but you cant decline a penalty against yourself on offense, only defense can....

True but thats not what was said to have happen. He said a guy decline a delay of game penalty

It appeared to me that the graphic indicated which team the penalty was on, not who had the option to accept or decline.

Overall, very nice. Pity the guy playing as the Horns was such a complete buffoon...

Downloaded and watched the HD version...

Wow, the textures on the field/jersey's, the reflections on the helmets, and the texture on the players skin are all great. But I think what I like most "visually" is the fact that the fans are much more "real". It improves the atmosphere 100x over and makes it feel more real.

Can't wait for this game...
