I've had one freeze right after I blocked a FG and tried to look at the replay.

Incidentally, though, I think NCAA Football is at least as notorious for freezes as the 360 is. I remember getting freezes on the Xbox and PS2 as well. This is why we need an in-game save.

I've had it happen in Oblivion (but it doesn't bother me because of the ability to constantly save). I had one freeze last night, but none since.
