Rebuilding with high Coach Prestige

I'm in my dynasty and left Oklahoma to rebuild another program. Turns out South Carolina had an "F" for team prestige and just finished a season going 0-12. I went to SC. My team is horrible,and all the stuff that comes with rebuilding..... Anyway, several of the best players in the country are interested in South Carolina now. Is that strictly because of coach prestige?! If so rebuilding won't be as bad, or as fun, as I thought. Just wondering. Thanks
