Are you talking about formation subs? Or did you mean formation subs online?

From the article:
I feel a little better using substitutions in NCAA08, as it appears, after doing some experimenting, that you can swap your backup QB in every formation. I will temper this by saying I did not, of course, get a chance to test this with every single formation. So, in terms of platooning QBs, I’m satisfied. I still want formation subs and I want to bring them online.

Hmm, yeah that would be lame if there weren't formation subs.

This kind of information is now useless since PS3 owners are getting a significantly different game. Im guessing no one will ever review the game on a PS3 though since EA will likely try to hide the fact that its not as good.
