*OFFICIAL* NCAA Impressions/Questions Thread (PS3)

There are a couple people out there that have the PS3 version although nobody that is giving good impressions. This guy on IGN has it (confirmed with pics - http://boards.ign.com/ncaa_football_...1/145904817/p1) and he did say the game looks good at 30 fps even if not as good as the 60 fps version. He really hasn't given any meaningful impressions.

I was at my local Blockbuster and rented a PS3 game. They had NCAA 08 on the shelf for Xbox360 and PS2, no PS3 though..odd

The game shows four controllers but you can't use them all. Its like last year's was I believe and no co-op. Maybe someone else can confirm this - the guy hasn't actually tried it.

I should add that the few impressions that are out there indicate the frame rate is not a problem (even if not as good as the 360).

If four controllers are shown then it at least means there is the opportunity for four people to play. I don't think they would put four on the screen for nothing anyway they are trying to get pics and vids up. Once they go up there I'll try and get them on here. If the Mods will let me?

The purpose of having 4 controllers is that each represents one of the 4 controller "slots" of the console. So if you have 4 controllers connected you can use any of them to control a team. That way you can know which slot is set up to control which team.
