ncaa 07 - C
madden 08 - B-
ncaa 08 - C+
madden 09 - ?

ncaa 09- B+

yes NCAA 09 is the best football game to come out this next generation on consoles...

That's not saying much. I have it on rental so far and haven't come to a solid conclusion yet after 3 days.

08 was a very frustrating game after about a month.

Not even close.

NCAA 09 is well ahead of NCAA 08 (and Madden 08, for that matter).

RIGHT NOW....

Gameplay wise 08 is a much more balanced game. I had defensive slugfests and high scoring shootouts. But most importantly, if you were a good defensive player, you FELT like you could stop an offense. It's very skewed in 09 right now with some blatantly BAD Defensive AI and serious issues in the OL/DL interaction.

Extras wise as in Custom Sounds, Online Dynasty, etc...it's NCAA 09 by a country mile.
