The thing about FIU is that their stadium is being built in stages - right now it looks nothing like the stadium in that picture. It's supposed to be over 45,000 eventually, but right now it is just about 20,000.

More like Buffalo student . They definitely were a blast to watch this year, especially compared to the atrocity that was the Bills's 2008 campaign. They have a lot of speed on offense, which should suit them well next year, as the team's incoming starting quarterback (Zach Maynard) is a pretty solid scrambler. Hopefully Coach Gill can implement the option a bit more since James Starks is seemingly unstoppable when he runs outside the tackles. Should be another good year, and if things go well, I have a feeling they'll upstage the Bills once again (sorry TJ).

Anyway, back on topic...I'd love to see UB Stadium in the game this year.

No chance you would re-consider? The Rubber Bowl has run it's course. Maybe a generic stadium? The Troy or Rice Stadium isn't that far off. It just makes it hard to keep playing the dynasty in the Rubber Bowl when you know it should be gone.

If not...oh well...unfortunately I don't think there are enough of us Zips fans out there to make a stink but oh man...another year in the Rubber Bowl!!! I can already feel the fiberglass splinters in my rear and the smell of stale urine is overtaking me as I type!

Please re-consider OMT...please us Zip fans have been subjected to enough pain!

Forgive my ignorance but that place looks cool. I didn't realize the field ran across the short length of the stadium. I think that's a great idea since I hate end zone seats. I'd rather sit way up in the air but have seats on the sideline than sit in the end zone. I like it although Michigan generally doesn't fare well there.

Ya, the designers did a great job with Autzen, i even heard that the way it's shaped helps amplify the crowd.
