I just used Blending Options - Stroke to get a maroon outline on the logo, and then I created a new layer from the stroke and I enlarged the selection of the original logo to delete off most of the outline.

I have a helmet idea for a private school I attended my freshman year, its the rockdale christian academy golden eagles. They had baseball and basketball but no football. I think Im going to create them along with my hs. I made a helmet, but im hoping theres a helmet with eagle wings like the eagles, or rices from a few years back. Anyway, heres the helmet:

could someone do this one and take out the part that says cronulla sutherland and put in Tampa State. i tried to do this one myself, there was a white outline around most of it i could not take out. could someone also remove this as well. greatly appreciated!

can someone tell me if this is 256x256 and transparent background? im trying to figure out GIMP but it's not working out too well

It's not 256x256.

I dunno if this works on GIMP, but on photoshop you should go first to Image -> Canvas Size and square it, then go to Image -> Image Size and put in 256x256.
