Has there been any word on new or improved facemasks this year for NCAA 2010??? If so, its hard for me to find.

I would absolutely die of shock if they got Tim Tebows Revo facemask right.

All of the main Revo helmets that college players wear are not even in the game. And most of the Revo helmets look like crap in the game as well. They are too low, and stick out way too far. The NCAA helmets arent as bad as the Madden ones.

But the entire Florida RB and WR corp wear that one Revo helmet that isnt in the game. And of course Tebows. Tebow wears the same mask as Troy Polamalu i believe, or something similar.

Are we getting any new Revo helmets this year??? Please?

No word, and this thread will be 50 pages long by tomorrow.

It is not looking like this will make it in this year, unless they are working on it behind the scenes because we are all complaining. Not sure if the helmet and facemask makers have to sign off or give permission to model these in the games or what, but not in thus far.

The Tim Tebow facemask was in 09...at least for 360 it was...the 3 bar one

I'm really disappointed no screens have pointed to ANY equipment upgrade.

I dont understand how they dont add new equipment each year. I mean new equipment comes out in real life every year, why cant we have it in the game? Before it never really bothered me about what equipment was in the game, now its starting to aggravate me. How come we cant have colored cleats? They tried doing it last year in their early WIP NCAA 09 screens and they came out like this:

There is nothing bad looking about the Adidas but the nikes are all purple.

I would love to see some new equipment additions but it doesnt seem like its going to happen for this year. I dont see them holding off for showing new equipment in the game.

mann new equipment would be soooo awesome, it would be like icing on the cake. this game is shaping up to be the best ever, and if they only limit us to the amount of player customization they had in 09, then i think alot of realism will be taken out of the game.

Why is it not in yet? Alls you have to do is add 2 side bars to your terrible Teblow mask and BAM, suddenly everyone is happy and you have a good looking football game.
