poll: are you buying NCAA '10?

I won't be buying the game this year. Teambuilder seems really cool, and online dynasty is great, but there are fundamental problems that remain with the game that haven't been addressed yet. I started playing with 04 and none of the games since then have recreated the feel and play of college football better. It wasn't perfect by any means, but it was as close as we will probably ever get.

Followers???...I guess being a follower means watching the slow decline of a game over 10 years and finally deciding no matter what it plays like that you will buy it anyway...I think people are just sick and tired of the same ole same ole from EA...Literally and figuratively

I was very excited with teambuilder but, I can't spend $60 on an update from last year. I didn't play 09 that much plus this game got bumped because I can't spend $60 on UFC, Fight NIght, Madden, and NCAA. I had to pick 2 and I picked UFC and Madden.

He is right. There are a lot of sheep on this forum. I have seen many people say something such as " I will wait to see what people on here say about the game before I decide to buy it" Why can't they just make a decision on their own? Forums always make things sound worst than they actually are.

Then there are the people that say they will rent it first and then decide if it is worth their money. Well that is just fine but let me remind you this. If you rent it and then you like it and you run out to the store to buy it you would of actually spent even more for it.

It seems like a lot of people (I am not saying everybody) forgot about the additions they wanted to the game last year and now just want what madden has. Sure taking some stuff from madden would be a great idea but the two games should not be the exact same. I do not need two maddens being released every year. Also remember that we have not played madden yet. Madden 09 seemed like it was going to be the greatest ever at this point last year and in my opinion it was anything but great. Yes chain gangs are realistic but they always annoyed me in video games.

Personally, the most important thing to me is fixing the FCS situation. We should not have to play generic FCS teams. In fact, everything that was in the old gen should be in the game right now and then some but unfortunately it is not working out that way. soooo..................

I could throw a temper tantrum and say I am not going to buy the game but I must admit, it is still fun and my love for football make it a must buy.

People that say the game is the exact same as 09 are crazy. I noticed many differences. Sometimes small changes can be big.

I am surprised that everybody is complaining about a lack of pass rush. While controlling a defencive lineman I get a sack just about every time I play the demo. The QB should not have to panic every single pass and these are the teams that were in the national championship. It is not like they have crappy Offensive lines.
