I'm out of the loop a bit. Has there been any changes to Dynasty?

Yes, there are subtle changes, but I think it will make for a more competitive game against the CPU:
-Updated recruiting engine
-You can tell your recruits what's bad about another school
- CPU is more intelligent which getting new recruits (i.e. you shouldn't see 10 QBs and only 1 Guard

-Better roster management by the computer (if There is a LT with 90 rating another with a 85 rating and a RT with a 80 rating, the second LT will become a RT

- You can create custom conferences (though the field logos will not change )

Has it been said anywhere that the NCAA09 problem with o-line being incredibly gamebreaking underpowered after a few years been fixed?

there has been a lot of tweaks here and there. they had a blog about some of those and posted some changes in the different forums they post at as well.

normally people would complain that EA needs to fix what they have before adding new features. they pretty much did that with dynasty mode, and yet now people complain that they didn't add any new "feature" to dynasty mode.

yea, it supposedly has been fixed. now once the CPU meets the requirements for each position, they will recruit for depth instead of piling on WRs and QBs.
