It wasnt from EA. It was from the user who got it early.

Since EA dropped the ball on the rosters this year (the problems with the on-disc one, as well as the "fix") most editors were waiting until the roster EA put out (they put out a fix in the Locker last night) to do their edits.
Gotcha...thanks for the clarification.

I'll patiently wait...still getting enjoyment from MLB2K9 and now Fight Night 4.
