Is NCAA 10 Really Broken?

Its totally a matter of opinion. For me I am able to play this game in dynasty mode by:

- Simming to season SIX to help with progression issue
- Including 20 house gameplay rules
- Heavy recruiting rules to hold my team back

So if you are not into handcuffing yourself and having to memorize a pile of rules to play by, then yes its totally broken IMO. However, I always tend to make a game out of trying to make EA's game playable in the first place!

Does it makes a difference? Does it change the # of 99 players? Does it change the number of 90+ players? I didnt think so! You say it isnt broke so giving us your number shouldnt be so hard.

536. 20% of total number of players. But you don't seem to get this whole broken thing is a matter of opinion. a 20% rate does not = broken. To you and all the panic in that thread maybe. Me? not so much. OPINION.
