I've been critical of EA and I didn't like the '10 football games but when they make strides I think it's only fair to be positive rather than bitch about the past. I'm waiting for EA to announce discipline makes a return to dynasty mode and then wait for the haters to complain how long it took to be added back in. I'll just be happy it's back. (I have no insider info here - just a hunch discipline will be back).
I don't think it's a point of being debbie downer; however, someone can verify what I'm saying, 2K had the tandem blocking eons ago! With that being said, that was 6 years ago and I'm glad that EA has implemented "intelligent" blocking into their game. Nothing to heaps mounds of praise on either, just a tempered **Golf Clap**

I've been pretty vocal with complaints too. I'm not some blind EA cheerleader.

They're doing big things this year and deserve the props.

I understand the "we've heard this before" sentiment; that's how I felt last year.

But look at the particular things being worked on this year and those that were featured last year.

Last year: Season showdown. This year: Blocking schemes.
Last year: Windsocks. This year: Locomotion.

It's not going to be a perfect game but it's going to be a good game and certainly a much better game than the rest of these current-gen titles have been.

Can we keep 2K out of this? The game did do line play well but the game was hardly perfect and had it's share of flaws. It's pretty obvious that some people here bitching are 2K fans still bitter about the exclusive contract. When can we let this go?

yay...here we go with the 2k vs EA discussion bull****.

Look we all know this should've been in the game prior to this year, but the fact is that it wasn't. And now its been added and while it may not be revolutionary, we can all agree that its nice to see EA finally taking the strides to integrate the x's and o's into the game.

Each blog has been money and I can`t wait for the next new piece of information. That new run blocking video looks amazing, I can`t wait to run the read option with Michigan.

I certainly didn't mention 2K and only a couple of people did. This is all about NCAA and what it has (or hasn't) been in the past few years. Attaching a fancy new name such as "Real Assignment AI" to something that is more or less having linemen block the right people just doesn't impress me. I let that be known.

You think it's "OMG!" That's fine....I didn't call you out on that opinion. Why do you feel the need to do the same?

You didn't like 2010 isn't that like bitching about the past? Just saying...
EDIT: The only 2K sports game I have ever touched was NBA2k9. Obviously EA is fixing things and making great strides here but their games are far from perfect. I stand by my first post
