I Pre-Ordered This Game A Few Months Back. Now I Am Mad!!!

my roommates had 360s and when i moved out i really really wanted to buy one, but they both got the red ring within 3 weeks of each other. it's the biggest knock on the 360 IMO. if i didn't have to worry about that, i would def have bought one, but i went with the PS3 instead. not that i regret it or anything.

I have the new XBox....worth the money if they don't replace your unit. With all the new cooling fans, you shouldn't have to worry about the RROD.

BTW, you can sell even a broken down XBOX for pretty decent cash on craigslist.

check your local craigslist for someone to do xbox repairs. There are tons of people who repair XBOXs on craigslist.

That sucks a lot, i gasped when i saw the picture lol. I'm also thinking this might be some kind of weird sign that my Xbox is about to RROD for the 3rd time soon. It started freezing up lately and has me terrified it's going to die again.

If you are interested I can send you a tutorial on how to fix it yourself, not that hard really...I got a buddy who buys them (RROD Xboxes) off ebay for 50 bucks a pop, fixes them and sells them off. Done one myself not really that hard, give me a shout on PM if ya wanna try it.
