Yea, you fumble more in rain and also WRs have better chances of slipping on their routes. During windy games your passes get affected (and of course kicks).

Also really wish there was variety of weather during the game. Start off cloudy, then start raining and by the end it's sunny.

The weather coding shouldn't be as hard to tweak as say the CPU AI.
