Subs: How to?

How do I sub on the fly?

In Madden I could sub from the formation screen by using the R1 button (PS3) and go through and pick any player I needed to sub.

How is it done here?

You can do formation subs in the strategy section at the pause menu, and do on the fly formation changes using the right stick (360) in the play calling screen.
