Issue with Pipeline States in my OD

Texas has their own state as a pipeline by virtue of the fact that all of their players are from Texas.

Notre Dame, for example, despite being in the state of Indiana, doesn't really have any Indiana recruits, and therefore doesn't have Indiana as a pipeline state.

Homestate of the college is not a guaranteed pipeline.


And please... I'm not saying the game is not glitched, I'm just making sure we all know how the pipeline states work before we jump to that conclusion, because there are definitely people who don't understand the mechanics of pipeline states (like those assuming homestate automatically counts as a pipeline state, for some reason).

In this thread there are two people that claim to have the glitch (myself and the Utah guy.) We both obviously do have the glitch. We both think we should have our home state as a pipeline state and if you look at the rosters of Rutgers and Utah you'd know that we in fact SHOULD. We have a glitch! You keep acting like there are a bunch of people in this thread complaining that they have a glitch, but in actuality they just don't get how pipeline states work... that isn't true of either of the people that claim to have this glitch in this thread.

Point is, if it's a non-glitch issue, I know how pipelines work, and can maybe help you. If it's a glitch, well I don't work for EA, so there's not really much I, or anyone else can do.

Anybody who has had this issue find a way to correct it?
