Typical blunder by a Rich-Rod coached team.

hehe.

Great video, thanks for sharing.

I wish I had a comeback for this, but I don't. This is about the only mistake Michigan didn't make in the past two years.

Freaking sweet video! And the comment about the perfect pass...does anyone remember Matt Ryan single handedly beating the Hokies in 2007 on across the field/body touchdown pass? Yeah, that's something Hokie Nation will never forget!!

I've had a similar scenario that happened to me on NCAA 2009 where I actually won the National Championship, although it wasn't exactly the same. With a minute or so remaining, I threw the ball in the endzone, CPU's CB intercepted the pass at the 1 yard line right infront of a wide open receiver in the endzone, and he did a spin move, I hit him pushed him into the endzone, and then slammed him for a safety. I got the 2 points, they kick the ball back off to me, and I drive down the field and score a touchdown to win by 2 points

I'd guess he means the running to the sideline and then throwing a jump ball is cheese?

Honestly, if it was cheese, then it was not well thought out. Not even cheesers know to throw across their body deep...

Only problem I see with this is that the guy should have downed it. I don't think the CPU ever downs the ball in the end zone on picks.
To be fair:

1. The throw really wasn't across his body, as he clearly stops and squares up the shoulder as he goes into the "deep throw" animation.

2. The main problem with throwing across the field like that isn't really accuracy anyway, it's hang time. I'm sure a lot of QBs could run to one side, pause, square up and chuck the ball just like that and be fairly accurate - the problem is the secondary will have plenty of time to get in position and defend the pass. That's exactly what happened.

Also, I have noticed the CPU never downs the ball as well. In fact, if you intercept the ball in the endzone close to the goaline, the CPU may take you out if you don't immediately hold back the analog stick.
