A few questions

So I'm not very football savvy... I have found most terms, but don't really know what the following are... can someone explain, or point me to a good guide?

- What is 'show blitz'?

- What does it mean to 'shade' safeties? I assume left/right/inside/outside refers to left side of field, right side of field, towards los, towards endzone?

Oh, also, how do I analyze a defensive play to determine whether it is a run vs pass defense?

E.g., that coaching slider for run/pass defense, how can I tell if a play would be placed in the 'run defense' vs 'pass defense' category?
