As most of you know, Zone Coverage in NCAA 11 is busted. It get's killed easily. But here are some ways to use zone in your defensive scheme.
1.) You can load the box. Bring some LB's down and act like they are blitzing. This will cause your opponent to audible someone to a pattern over the middle.
2.) Press coverage. Right when you think your opponent is going to hike the ball hit Square L2.
Those 2 ways are very effective when i use zone. And when i load the box, sometimes i blitz out of it to keep my opponent honest. So you don't know when I am going to either bring the heat, or drop back right over the middle.
