^^^^ that's the thing though. You should be able to stand in the pocket and deliver throws like in real life.

I get at least 10 tipped passes at the line a game.. I'm not even exaggerating. I'm not even sure if you can tone it down with sliders somehow.

Haven't noticed this quite as much as other posters here (maybe because Taylor Potts is 6'5"?)... still irks me greatly.

...and sometimes 15-20 yards upfield at that. Wide open passes being swatted down by guys that are apparently two sport basketball players...

The linemen and linebackers do not jump unrealistically high. In replays I hardly ever see them even get 1 foot off the ground. The problem is that there isnt enough arc on the ball, and that the defensive players time the jump and aim the swat way too perfectly. Doesnt help that the defenders dont have to crouch before they "jump". Watch a replay, its more like hovering upwards than jumping.

Good point right there. That's been annoying me so far, the way they just start going up without ever having to bend their knees. The reaction time is incredible how they just zoom up in the air like that and never miss, even while being blocked.

Fixed that for ya.

Well, I've seen PLENTY!!! A 330lb DT that had for some reason dropped back into coverage leaped up at the apex of the pass(albeit the arc IS too low but still) the bottom of his feet were over three feet off the ground. They were at the bottom of the numbers of a TE on a crossing route!

Wish I could have saved this play but in my mind, it just wasn't THAT unusual! It happens 3-5 times a game.

This I 100% agree with!!! I wish EA would just come out and say, "the swat defense is part of the difficulty we built into the passing game." I think, without that swatting though, I'd probably complete every pass. They need to figure that crap out tho!
