Pay attention to the low star rated linebackers with high speed and high acceleration. I try to recruit 3 or 4 every year hoping to get one to convert to QB. Every year or so I find a couple with high THP and THA. I haven't figured out how to pick them out based on ratings other than they are usually the fastest LB's, usually with equal acceleration.
