Possible for a team already in a BCS conference to be invited to another conference?

This. Back in NCAA 09 Big East teams could get invited, but I never had one in 10, and I did a quick dynasty in 11 with all the Big East teams to test and they haven't gotten any invites, so I'm tempted to say it's not possible this year.

Yes they can, but it's likely due to geography. I moved the 11 Big 10 teams into the Big 12 and move all Big 12 teams except for Nebraska into the Big 10 so I can replicate next year's "Big 10" conference. I play as Michigan and every year except one I've gotten an invite to leave the Big 12 and join the Big 10.

Some funny things probably happen when you move teams around, but with the out-of-the-box alignment I have yet get an offer to go from one BCS conference to another.
