Can you adjust schedules/change positions etc. in Online Dynasty

I searched and couldn't find an answer.

Can you do this in the first year? In subsequent years?

I'm in one and I feel like maybe the commish kept advancing weeks because i didn't see any of these options during the offseason. it went right to depth chart and that was it.

yes, you can change positions in OD. it's right after the odd-season recruiting weeks. the advance weeks are mostly the same between offline and online dynasties.

the commissioner sets the schedule for everyone.

I think the offseason in online dynasty looks like this:
1. Players Leaving (Seniors, Draft Entrees, Transfers)
2. Accept Incoming Transfers
3. Recruiting weeks 1-5
4. Cut Players
5. Change Position
6. Progression (4, 5, and 6 might be in a different order, not sure)

But no, you don't get to do those things in the first year, only subsequent years.
