Theyre cut outs of the players that when opened in most photo-editing software have no background (it will show up as grey and white checker patterns in the background).

I'm assuming you mean that happens after I cut a player out of a picture to use him in a cover, right? If I'm wrong, could you post a link as to what you do mean?
