Two addendums to recruiting

1. A lot of people clamoring for an off season (spring practices/training/game). Implementing this would allow teams to have recruits in for unofficial visits and gauge/gain interest in recruits.

2. Many teams, if not all, have some form of a Junior Day in which the upcoming class of recruits come in for a visit. Same idea as above

One of these two things would at least add a little something to the offseason

for me a spring game is needed, not for recruiting, but for testing out my new players. Hard, and unrealistic to create a depth chart going off of overall rankings
