Three Coaching Carousel Questions

1) What's the point of recruiting if you're an OC/DC at a school you aren't planning on staying at very long? Unless I've missed something, there is no recruitment rating for assistant coaches, so there is no reward for recruiting well as an assistant.

2) In online dynasties, can two users coach the same team as coordinators?

3) How exactly will User vs User games play out in online dynasty if they're both coordinators? For instance; Say I'm the DC of Tulane while my opponent is the OC of ULM, what exactly will happen when Tulane is on offense? Spectator mode? Super-sim? How about if we're both defensive coordinators? I just don't understand how this has been implemented in online dynasties.

1) What if you don't plan on staying long, but no jobs open up you want, so you get stuck with terrible player because you didn't try hard to recruit.

What if we're planning on leaving, regardless of who offers or not? There is just absolutely no point in recruiting.

that's a bummer... why should the DC be held responsible for how his team's offense performs

Yeah.
I plan on only going to 4 schools. So I plan to stay in the 1st 3 schools for 3-4 seasons. So I will recruit heavily for each schools. I wont try to pull a Rich Rod and recruit mainly for Offense. But, I will control what offensive players we recruit

Look at it this way; in order to get job offers (and not get fired from your current job) your side of the ball has to reach certain goals (X amount yards passing, X amount of total offense, X amount of TDs, etc).

It'll be a lot easier (and more enjoyable) to hit those goals if you build the team around specific players you wanted rather than playing with whatever the CPU recruits for you.
