Broadcast cam is not a playable camera angle; it is only available for use in coach mode. I believe the answer to your first question is yes also

I would guess by not picking a team when you play a game that would cause the game to be shown with the Broadcast Cam. I don't play coach mode though so I'm not 100% sure

i meant how to turn on coach mode. your and MVP how come you dont have the game. but lets not get off topic. like i wanna call plays and let the cpu run it off the broadcast cam. if this isnt available then i def. will not be buying

I get what you're saying now, my bad. I think coach mode is a playable game mode, like play now or the mascot game. I'm not sure about how the Coaching Carousel works with Coach Mode, maybe someone else will jump in and help you out with that.
