Samsung TV Owners, Are Yall Playing On Standard or Dynamic?

I never watch anything in Dynamic........

Samsung LCD's have horrible input lag unless you activate game mode which only allows Standard mode.

Dynamic is crap and will burn your retinas.

I use warm 1.....I like realistic skin tones and standard has to much of a blue tinge to it.


In game mode turn sharpness down to 0 to help rid of the jaggies. Set the custom color to native and put contrast at 96-98

Brightness at about 48

Color at default

Lower the white balance for blue high and low about 3 clicks to the left for each to rid the blue tinge in standard.

Turn off edge enhancement, off on dynamic contrast and black tone

Off on Noise reduction.

Gama at default

You first must worry about input lag before PQ

Game Mode offers what I stated and that is all. Those would improve the game mode PQ

Also I have my eco settings to low and sharpness to 20

It is either cinema or normal...cant remember...dynamic sucks...if you google your tv and tv settings you might come across some user settings

Do not run the game at 16:9...Go to Just Scan.... 16:9 overscans

All Samsungs in the last few years have had horrible input lag unless you put Game Mode and in Game Mode you cannot use anything but Standard.

This years Plasmas for Samsung improve input lag to the point that Game Mode is not needed but still helps for online shooters.

If you try and not use game mode on a model from previous years besides this year or is an lcd or led then without game mode you can tweak the options but input lag kills the moment
