is there any way to recognize if an incoming recruit will have dreads? i am really hating the dreads and so will use a service academy so as to not have any on my team in dynasty, thus i don't want any recruits that have them.

Their pictures will show it very clearly. There is no way you should miss it once you get into recruiting.
