how do you do this? I'm on PS3, and i must be missing something....

Looked around google and found this:Start a new dynasty and create coach / pick team for 1 player. Once at the main Dynasty menu, go over to Coach Central, and down to coach info. You'll see a prompt at the bottom to either press L1 or R1 (can't remember which) to create a new coach.

You can then create coach / choose team for a 2nd player to control.
